The children of India - Nigel Bradford

This melody is dedicated to the children of India. I was born in Calcutta I'm whatpeople call an Anglo Indian . Except the fact my dad is of French origin. So there was a lot of talk about India when I was a kid. I started writing this style of music very early this style of guitar playing always brings me back to India.

I composed this while living in Brittany France around 2001. When
my late friend Eddy Larnder and me used to talk till late at night about all that was happening to this Earth. I said once we don't realize that were all on the same hill. That's were I got the Inspiration from.
There is also a version with a slight variation that has become a song.

My arrangement of J.S.Bach - Prelude in C Major. I play it very laid back(slowly) as that is the way I enjoy and feel it. I often imagine I'm playing a piano when I play this. Hope you enjoy.

Here is the Acoustic version on classical guitar with a few changes.
I composed this while living in Corseul Brittany France. Montafilan is an old ruin of a castle I used to go for walks with my kids and my girlfriend this number is full of memories for me. It's such a beautiful calm place but walking through the ruins I was imagining what it was like in the middle ages and in this region they suffered terribly from the 100 years war with the English.
